GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - A 43-year-old Gulfport man has been arrested on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and a counterfeit substance.
The Sun Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1t5VKiS ) Gulfport police narcotics agents arrested Melvin Troy Floyd on Friday.
Police said narcotics agents searched a home and found Floyd in possession of cocaine and an unidentified substance.
Justice Court Judge Brandon Ladner signed the search warrant and set bonds that total $40,000.
Floyd has been released on bond from the Harrison County jail.
It was unclear whether he has an attorney.
